The Gardens at Elmont is a 55+ community located in the heart of Sullivan. This new construction unit will be completed April 15, 2025. Located in a desirable area this development is in close proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, and Missouri Baptist Hospital.

There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee to be paid at the time of signing the lease and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet.
