The Gardens at Elmont is a 55+ community located in the heart of Sullivan, in close proximity to grocery stores, gas stations, and Missouri Baptist Hospital.

This unit requires a 1-year lease agreement to be signed. The monthly lease rate is $775. The security deposit is $775. This complex does allow pets pending management's approval. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee to be paid at the time of signing the lease, and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
